ELTEโ€™s Film & Culture Specialisation students, with the help of their professors, are organising a one-day film festival & workshop on February 6th, 2020 under the name โ€žThe Reel Eyeโ€œ. The festival will include a series of lectures based on the cinematography of different parts of the world, including Morocco, Britain, Canada, the United States, Australia, and Ireland. The lectures are constructed in a way that will offer insight into worldwide culture under the theme of ‘the Heroโ€™s Journey’ explored through a selection of films. Thanks to our guest of honour, Allal El Alaoui, participants will also have a unique opportunity to take part in a screenwriting workshop and have an insight into the Moroccan culture on screen.
