Viktória Traub’s Shoes and Hooves, co-scripted by our lecturer Zsuzsanna Bak, has been included in the competition programme of several international festivals (including the Annecy International Animation Film Festival), was one of the opening films of this year’s Friss Hús and was voted Best Animated Short at the Guanajuato International Film Festival in Mexico. The latter made the film a possible Oscar contender in the Best Animated Short Film category.
In addition to Shoes and Hooves, Barnabás Tóth’s latest film also won another award: this time, Mastergame won the main prize at the 18th Vukovar Film Festival.
