Assistant professor
He completed his studies at the Department of Cultural Management and Mass Communication at ELTE University, and majored in Film and Video Edting at the University of Theatre and Film Arts, and has received his MA in Moving Picture Arts at BKF University. He has been working as an editor since 1992. Since 2001 he has been working as post-production studio operator as well – he is the managing director and co-owner of Pont Digital Studio. As the member of Pont Studio, in collaboration with Icon Studio and Post Office Films, in the past 22 years he has participated in post-processing of more than 50 documentaries, 16 feature films, and dozens of TV movies and short films.
Between 2008 and 2012 he taught non-linear editing at the media center of Kodolányi College in Veszprém. Since 2012 he has been teaching editing exercise courses at BKF University. He became Assistant Professor at the Department of Film Studies, ELTE University in 2014.
He was honoured by the Béla Balázs Award in 2011.
