CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
“We are launching the 19th Zlatý Voči (“Golden Eyes”) festival focused on the practical work of film theory students and students of related fields.
The festival will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, from May 13th to 14th 2014.
We are especially interested in discovering films that were produced by recent or former audiovisual theory students and we would love to provide such films an opportunity to be screened to a larger audience.
During the last years we’ve received films from students all around the Czech Republic as well as from foreign universities and we’re looking forward to more international film submissions this year!
We believe the Festival is well suited to the work of students of your Department, and we would really encourage anybody interested in participating to become involved with the project and submit a film for the festival.
We are looking for films of all kinds – there aren’t any restrictions regarding to film themes or genres, neither any special requirement for technical quality of the work. However, we would ask that submissions do not exceed 20 minutes in length.
How do you submit your film?
You can download an application form from our website www.zlatyvoci.cz, fill it in and return via email at program@zlatyvoci.cz. The second step is to send your film – you can either upload it to any filesharing website and send us a download link or mail it by post (preferably in digital or video format):
