We’re thrilled to announce that the Call for the International Short Film Competition at the 5th edition of the Film O’Clock International Festival is officially open.
This year’s festival will take place from April 3–6, 2025, uniting audiences across eleven territories: Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Egypt, and South Africa. Screenings will be hosted in cinemas, universities, and cultural spaces, celebrating the power of storytelling across borders.
